Welcome to NextCup Coffee. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of nextcupcoffee.com (the "Site") and any purchases you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Who We Are
NextCup Coffee ("NextCup Coffee," "we," "us," or "our") is a direct-trade specialty coffee roaster selling coffee and related products online.
Using Our Site
You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent/guardian's permission, to place an order with us. You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating an account or placing an order, and to keep your account credentials secure.
Products and Pricing
We make every effort to display our products and pricing accurately. However:
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
- If a product becomes unavailable after you've ordered it, we will contact you to offer a substitute, refund, or delay in shipping.
Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes and shipping. All payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor.
Subscriptions
If you sign up for a coffee subscription, your subscription will renew automatically and you will be charged at each shipment interval until you cancel. You may modify or cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us. Orders that have already begun processing cannot be cancelled or modified.
Shipping
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $30. Orders under $30 are charged a flat shipping rate, shown at checkout. Estimated delivery times are also shown at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.

Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of NextCup Coffee or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

If you submit a product review, comment, or other content to our Site, you grant NextCup Coffee a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display, and share that content in connection with our business.
